  • OVERVIEW – Investors in this opportunity will fund an equity release to the Borrower against two detached houses in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire (referred to as the Properties going forward). The Properties are situated within the village of Ascott-under-Wychwood. This mezzanine loan will sit behind the existing CapitalRise senior development loan that was provided to the Borrower in September 2023.
  • LOCATION –  The Properties are located on the eastern periphery of the village, Ascott-under-Wychwood and is situated on the edge of Wychwood Forest and is within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village centre has a village shop, church, primary school and the usual small independent businesses typical of a village. It is located in a rural setting with a railway station serving the village.
