LOCATION – The properties are located off the northern side of Hinchley Way, in Hinchley Wood. This is a prime suburb in the Elmbridge borough of Surrey, which has good provisions of local amenities, in the form of cafes, local shops, a post office, schools and strong transport links to Central London via Trains. The property lies in a largely residential area which lies just off the A309 Kingston Bypass and is bound by residential dwellings with associated garden land to the north, west and east and by a Nursery school to the south.
