In this opportunity, CapitalRise investors will be funding the facility alongside an Institutional Funding Partner, who will provide funds to assist with the acquisition of the site and will fund all of the development works. CapitalRise Investors will be repaid after the Institutional Funding Partner and will receive a higher rate of return to reflect the increased risk.
  • LOCATION – The site is located along a quiet lane on the periphery of Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire. Chalfont St Giles is a desirable commuter location, offering a balance of green spaces and transport links to Central London and the City by road and rail.
