Support a great cause and give an aspiring intern the opportunity to work with CapitalRise
CapitalRise are very proud to be partnering with ‘Cancer. We’re done’ who are running a raffle of week-long shadowing experiences at exciting and innovative high growth companies.
The lucky winners will spend a week at the company they choose, seeing how the business works, learning from members of the team and contributing to the company’s activity.
Finding work experience can be hard and often less than rewarding for young people in the UK, but this opportunity will ensure that alongside gaining valuable experience, all successful candidates will be paid the London living wage.
If you know a young person who is looking for work experience, you could give them the chance to secure a week’s career-changing paid work experience at CapitalRise or another high growth company (from tech to FMCG and property to music production).
The full list of companies involved can be found on their website, where you can purchase raffle tickets now to be in with the chance of winning a career-changing opportunity. Winners will be announced on 30 April 2020 and all proceeds go to charity.
‘Cancer. We’re done’ are raising money for immunotherapy research (UCL Cancer Institute) and charities supporting cancer patients (Shine and CLIC Sargent) that are really making a difference in cancer research and care. What’s more, the benefit to those who secure the placements will also be significant and hopefully give them a flying start to their career, so we think ‘Cancer. We’re done’ are doing a really great job.
What can the CapitalRise placement winner expect?
CapitalRise is an ambitious, high-growth FinTech business, serving multiple audiences across the prime property finance and investment space and this placement would suit an individual just starting out in their career and looking to boost their financial services experience.
The winner could choose to spend time in one or all areas of our business, seeing how we work day to day and the exciting challenges of building a FinTech business.
